Cost: $5,700-$14,200
We’ll start by conducting team assessments and delivering a clear and actionable report on the level of trust and cohesion on the team. These insights will guide facilitated workshops and goal-setting sessions, helping the team—coaching staff included—determine how to improve in the identified teamwork areas.
This work will directly increase the number of wins and improve the level of performance of the team. You will notice a dramatic improvement, not only in how much better the team feels but also in your performance metrics.

TEAMWORK coaching
Cost: $3,600-$9,000/season
Benefit from a second pair of eyes and partner both on the pitch and off. I’ll work side-by-side with the head coach to provide a fresh perspective on the team dynamics and help uncover hidden challenges and opportunities. You’ll walk away with 5-10 easy-to-implement solutions already underway for your team.

individual MENTAL
SKILLS coaching
Cost: $680-$1,700/season
To reach their highest potential, many players benefit from individualized attention and goal setting beyond the regular coaching staff. Through assessments, reflection questions, and goal-setting sessions, we’ll determine each player’s current performance and mental/emotional health, as well as their desired outcomes. We’ll provide ongoing support through monthly or bi-monthly coaching calls, along with practice or game observations.
